OFI Crete signs Bosnian striker Kenan Kodro on loan
OFI Crete has officially announced the signing of 33-year-old Bosnian striker Kenan Kodro on a one-year loan from Ferencvaros TC. The player arrived in Heraklion on Friday, passed medical examinations, and signed his contract to bolster the team's attacking line for both the Stoiximan Super League and the Europa League.
Kodro brings extensive European experience to the Greek club, having previously played for clubs such as FC Copenhagen, Mainz, and Athletic Bilbao. He most recently spent the 2025-26 season on loan at Real Zaragoza, where he recorded 8 goals in 34 appearances.
While the initial agreement is a one-year loan, the deal includes a provision to extend the partnership through 2028, which would be activated following the conclusion of the current season.
