Oficina Conceito Arquitetura completes Casa FG in Porto Alegre

Oficina Conceito Arquitetura has completed Casa FG, a contemporary residential project located in the southern zone of Porto Alegre, Brazil. The 572-square-meter residence is designed as an urban refuge, utilizing a five-meter slope on the terrain as a central design element to highlight views of the Guaíba.

The property, which previously held a structure resembling a rural farmhouse, features a large social area, bedrooms, a swimming pool, a terrace, and an event hall. The design maintains a neighborhood connection characteristic of rural settings, which is noted as a rare quality in an urban context.
