O’Fun Park announces 22 million euro investment in new attractions

O’Parks has announced a major investment program for O’Fun Park in Vendée, France, to celebrate the park's 25th anniversary in 2027. The group plans to invest 22 million euros between 2026 and 2028, with 6 million euros dedicated specifically to new attractions arriving in 2027.

In May 2027, the park will debut ‘Mine Discovery’, its first family roller coaster. Designed by Zamperla, the Far West-themed attraction will feature a 155-meter track, reach speeds of 26 km/h, and accommodate up to 750 people per hour. Other mechanical attractions opening in April 2027 include ‘Drift Box’, a driving circuit; ‘Giant Citern’, a six-meter drop tower; and ‘Rodeo Wagon’, a rotating swing ride.

The expansion will also support local employment, with plans to hire twelve seasonal workers and six permanent employees for the 2027 season. Looking further ahead, O’Gliss Park will receive a 6.5 million euro investment for ‘Manakai – Typhoon Coaster’, an aquatic roller coaster designed by BoldMove Nation. Scheduled to open in June 2028, the ride will feature a 465-meter course and reach speeds of 65 km/h.
