According to Commissioner for Education, Science and Technology Prof. Abayomi Arigbabu, the fund will provide financing beyond standard budgetary allocations. It is intended to support school infrastructure, teacher support, bursaries, and maintenance, covering both formal and informal education with an emphasis on vocational development and skills acquisition.
