Ohana Beach Park Resort opens in Aquiraz, Brazil

The Ohana Beach Park Resort has commenced its soft opening at Porto das Dunas beach in Aquiraz, Ceará. Representing an investment of R$ 150 million, the new development expands the Beach Park complex's lodging capacity.

The resort features 226 apartments across seven categories and occupies an area exceeding 10,000 square meters. Facilities include a 400-square-meter central pool, a restaurant, a lobby bar, a sea-view terrace, a gym, a coworking space, an event hall, a library, and an indoor kids club. The property also houses a L’Occitane au Brésil spa.

Designed to integrate regional culture, the resort incorporates works from local artists and designers such as Espedito Seleiro, Érico Gondim, Túlio Paracampos, and Sérgio Melo. With this addition, the total number of apartments within the Beach Park resort group has increased to over 800, joining existing units such as Acqua, Suites, Wellness, and Oceani.
