OHB to replace Klöckner & Co in the SDAX index

The aerospace company OHB will join the SDAX index, replacing the steel trader Klöckner & Co effective August 13. This change was announced by Stoxx, a subsidiary of Deutsche Börse.

Klöckner & Co is set to be delisted following its acquisition by the US-based company Worthington Steel. Worthington Steel previously submitted a delisting offer in mid-July at eleven euros per share. The acceptance period for this offer concludes on August 12, with the delisting expected to take effect immediately thereafter.
