Ohio University defeats Eastern Michigan 24-20

Ohio University secured a 24-20 victory over Eastern Michigan on Saturday night, extending its home winning streak to 17 consecutive games, the longest in the nation.

With 3:40 remaining in the game, Darren James-Hamilton executed a 100-yard kickoff return to shift momentum after Eastern Michigan had taken a 20-17 lead. The Ohio defense subsequently made four critical stops at the goal line to preserve the win.

Nick Poulos led the Bobcats' offense, recording 266 passing yards and scoring both a passing and a rushing touchdown. Eastern Michigan's scoring included a 24-yard touchdown pass from Brogan McCaughey to Joey Mattord and a 25-yard scoop-and-score by Aaron Kearse.
