Ohio voters express deep concern over government corruption
A recent YouGov poll conducted on behalf of End Citizens United reveals that government corruption is a major concern for voters in Ohio. Approximately 94% of respondents identified corruption as a problem, with two-thirds describing it as a very serious issue.
When asked to rank their most pressing concerns, Ohio voters placed corruption in Washington as the second most important issue, following the economy and rising costs. The poll results in Ohio closely mirrored national trends. Data from the Brennan Center for Justice suggests that voters often define corruption broadly, including perceptions that the government prioritizes the interests of the wealthy and well-connected over the general public.
