OHLA secures nearly 40 million euros in Galician contracts

The construction company OHLA has secured public contracts totaling 37.7 million euros in the Galicia region between August 2025 and early 2026. The company, currently led by President Luis Amodio, has obtained two major contracts independently and one through a consortium.

As part of a joint venture with Dragados, Prace Servicios y Obras, and SATO, OHLA is involved in a 12.3 million euro project to extend Pier 3 at the Punta Langosteira Outer Port. This work is intended to facilitate the transfer of Repsol operations from the inner port of A Coruña to the Arteixo terminal. OHLA has significant historical experience in port infrastructure, including previous work on breakwaters and the development of specialized R&D technology for port dike construction.
