Ohrid hosts fifth Krste Andonovski handball tournament

The fifth edition of the ‘Krste Andonovski’ international handball tournament is taking place in Ohrid from August 18 to 22 at the ‘Biljanini Izvori’ sports center. The event features eight teams divided into two groups.

Group A includes the host team Ohrid, the Egypt U20 national team, Vojvodina, and Zagreb. Group B consists of Vardar, Olympiacos, Nexe Našice, and Trimo Trebnje. GRK Ohrid enters the competition as the defending champion.

Trimo Trebnje, led by coach Branko Tamše, returns to the tournament to test their new squad against Champions League and European League level opponents. The tournament schedule includes group stage matches through August 21, with the final placement matches and the grand final set for August 22.
