Oisix Niigata baseball club announces August opening‑pitch ceremonies

The Oisix Niigata Albirex baseball club will hold opening‑pitch ceremonies at Hard Off ECO Stadium Niigata during its August NPB farm‑league exchange games against the Hayate Ventures Shizuoka. On 12 August, former Takarazuka star Ryū Koshino, appointed as the West‑Ward “Kagayaki” ambassador, will throw the first pitch. The following day, 13 August, Miss Earth Japan 2015 winner Ayano Yamada, the club’s new ambassador, will perform the ceremony. Both events are part of the club’s “West‑Ward DAY” promotions aimed at strengthening community ties and highlighting the team’s partnership with food‑delivery firm Oisix.
