Oizumi Kojo to exhibit at Tokyo Vegan Gourmet Festival 2026

Oizumi Kojo Co., Ltd. has announced its participation in the Tokyo Vegan Gourmet Festival 2026, scheduled for October 4 at Kiba Park in Tokyo. As one of Japan’s largest vegan and plant-based food festivals, the event provides a platform for the company to connect with consumers interested in sustainable lifestyles.

The company will showcase its organic fermented sparkling tea brand, “_SHIP KOMBUCHA,” and its plant-based rice bowl series, “ZEN BOWL.” The ZEN BOWL offerings are inspired by traditional Buddhist cuisine (shojin ryori), utilizing 100% plant-based ingredients and fermented brown rice while avoiding strong-smelling aromatics like garlic and onions. A special set featuring both products will be available at the event for 1,700 yen.
