OJK monitors default cases in Indonesian P2P lending platforms

The Indonesian Financial Services Authority (OJK) is closely monitoring the resolution of default issues involving several peer-to-peer (P2P) lending platforms, including Akseleran, Crowde, and KoinP2P.

In the case of KoinP2P (PT Lunaria Annua Teknologi), defaults involve approximately Rp 360 billion in user returns that were reportedly taken by borrowers. Akseleran's default issues, which emerged in early 2025, stem from problems with several borrowers. Meanwhile, OJK has revoked the business license of Crowde following allegations of fraudulent records involving 62 fictitious partners.

Additionally, the liquidation process for PT Ringan Teknologi Indonesia is nearing completion, with obligations to lenders being settled through the transfer of receivables to six lenders, totaling approximately Rp 3.04 billion.
