OK Lliga roller hockey season begins with mixed results

The OK Lliga roller hockey season has commenced with varying outcomes for regional teams. In the men's division, Reus Deportiu Brasilia and Calafell played to a 2-2 draw in their inaugural derby match. The game featured an early goal by Roc Pujadas for Reus, followed by efforts from Calafell to equalize, though Reus goalkeeper Càndid Ballart maintained a strong performance.

In the women's division, Hoquei Club Alpicat prepares for its third season in the top flight. Facing Mataró in their opening match, the team aims to secure permanence in the elite category. Coach Mats Zilken noted that the squad is more experienced and physically prepared than in previous seasons, despite expecting a more competitive and balanced league this year.
