Şok Marketler completes merger with UCZ Mağazacılık

Turkey's Capital Markets Board (SPK) has approved a simplified merger between Şok Marketler Ticaret A.Ş. and its wholly‑owned subsidiary UCZ Mağazacılık Ticaret A.Ş. Under the deal, UCZ Mağazacılık and all of its assets and liabilities will be transferred to Şok Marketler, resulting in the dissolution of UCZ's legal entity.

The merger will be executed without a capital increase; Şok Marketler’s issued capital of TRY 593,290,008 will remain unchanged. The company has indicated that no cash outflow will arise from the transaction and that the merger will not materially affect its financial statements.
