OK Movement launches Bayelsa State chapter and executive council

The OK Movement held a flag‑off and inauguration of its Bayelsa State chapter on 6 August 2026 at Ididie Hotel in Yenagoa. The ceremony introduced the newly formed executive team, intended to coordinate grassroots mobilisation and political participation ahead of the movement’s 2027 objectives. Attendees included Director General John Uchullu, Deputy TCO Youth I. Oluwatoyin, TCO Christopher Ogbonna and Coordinator Funobere S. Akene, among other national and state leaders.

The event emphasized the movement’s focus on inclusive, people‑centred organization, seeking to strengthen ties between its leadership and local communities while encouraging involvement from youth, women and professionals across Nigeria.
