Ok Tedi Mining declares K450 million interim dividend

Ok Tedi Mining Limited has declared an interim dividend of K450 million for the first half of 2026. Managing Director and CEO Kedi Ilimbit announced that the distribution follows shareholder proportions: K300 million will be paid to Kumul Minerals Holding Limited for the State, and K150 million will be paid to the Mineral Resources Development Company to manage landowner interests in the Western Province.

Despite prolonged dry weather causing lower-than-normal water levels on the Fly River, the company reported that mining and processing activities remain uninterrupted. Ok Tedi has implemented contingency measures and alternative logistics arrangements to ensure a steady supply of fuel, equipment, and other critical consumables to maintain operational continuity.
