Okamoto Seisakusho to open marina-connected villa in Setoda

Okamoto Seisakusho has announced the opening of SOLARINA SETODA VILLA, a private villa located within the SOLARINA SETODA MARINA in Setoda, Ikuchijima, Hiroshima Prefecture. Reservations for the facility will begin on September 6, 2026, with stays commencing on September 18, 2026.

The villa offers a unique accommodation model where guests can moor their own pleasure boats directly at the adjacent marina and stay overnight. The facility is designed for one group per day, accommodating up to eight guests. For those without boats, the company—which is the sole Japanese distributor for the Finnish luxury boat brand Saxdor—will offer optional 60 to 90-minute private cruising experiences.

Additional features include support for vessel docking and mooring for boats up to 40 feet, and optional dining experiences such as American-style or wild game BBQs. The location is situated near various local attractions, including the Ikue Hirayama Museum of Art and Setoda Sunset Beach.
