Okestro Group accelerates enterprise innovation through AI integration

Okestro Group, an AI infrastructure software company, is accelerating enterprise-wide innovation by integrating AI into various business functions. During its second annual ‘2026 OKESTRO AI Shift’ competition, the company demonstrated significant productivity gains. Key achievements include reducing the time required for initial customer failure analysis from 4 hours to 30 minutes—an 88% reduction—and cutting corporate card settlement time from 89.5 hours to 27 hours, a 70% decrease.

In addition to operational improvements, the company’s internal AI agents have handled 4,822 tasks related to technical queries and infrastructure operations. Chairman Kim Min-jun emphasized that AI is a core foundation for corporate productivity and survival, rather than just a tool for efficiency.

Separately, Saltware has formed a strategic partnership with AI data platform company Starburst to expand business in on-premise environments. This collaboration aims to serve sectors requiring high security, such as public institutions, defense, and finance, by providing the ‘Starburst Enterprise’ platform which allows for data analysis without moving sensitive information to public clouds.
