Okinawa Harborview Hotel and Jimmy collaborate on Christmas cake

Okinawa Harborview Hotel and the long-standing Okinawan confectionery chain Jimmy have announced a collaboration for a limited-edition Christmas cake titled ‘Rencontre au Chocolat’.

Developed by Executive Chef Kenichi Aoki, the seven-layer chocolate cake features 70% Ecuadorian cacao, chocolate mousse, caramel mousse, and almond sponge. The hotel is offering a limited release of 200 cakes, with customers receiving a coffee pair ticket for the hotel’s Lounge & Bar and a collaboration sticker.

Reservations for the cake are open from October 9 to December 20, 2026, with pickups scheduled between December 23 and December 25. Additionally, the hotel has opened reservations for its original stollen, a traditional German Christmas bread made with rum-soaked dried fruits and almonds.
