Oklahoma State and Arizona tie 3-3 in Big 12 soccer match

Oklahoma State and Arizona played to a 3-3 draw in a Big 12 conference soccer match at Neal Patterson Stadium.

Oklahoma State opened the scoring in the 19th minute via a penalty kick converted by Emmy Hedden. Arizona responded five minutes later with a goal from Mireya Stephenson. Before halftime, Emily Senatore scored for the Cowgirls to give them a 2-1 lead.

In the second half, Arizona's Lily Boydstun equalized with a free kick shortly after the interval. Sonora DeFini then regained the lead for Oklahoma State with her fifth goal of the season. Arizona secured the draw in the 87th minute when Ella Weathersby converted a penalty kick following a handball in the box.

With this result, Oklahoma State moves to a 5-4-3 overall record and 1-2-1 in Big 12 play, while Arizona moves to 3-5-4 overall and 0-1-3 in the conference.
