Okta appoints Sunil Kedaraji to lead APJ channel and alliances

Okta has appointed Sunil Kedaraji as the new vice president of channel and strategic alliances for the Asia Pacific and Japan (APJ) region. Based in Singapore, Kedaraji will focus on strengthening the company’s partner business and enhancing partner capabilities by working alongside sales, alliances, and go-to-market teams.

Kedaraji joins Okta with over 24 years of technology industry experience, most recently serving as vice president of APJ partner sales at Saviynt. His professional background includes roles at companies such as Proofpoint, SailPoint, Quest Software, HP India, and Infosys.

Dan Mountstephen, Okta’s senior vice president and APJ general manager, stated that the appointment is intended to support the company’s growth strategy in the region. Kedaraji noted that the role presents significant opportunities to help customers navigate the security challenges created by the rapid adoption of AI and new identity management needs.
