Oktoberfest celebrations announced in Medford and via Paulaner sweepstakes

The Medford Oktoberfest & Music Festival is scheduled to return to Freedom Park in South Jersey on September 18 and 19. The free, all-ages event will feature 20 musical acts performing across four stages, with genres ranging from rock and funk to polka and folk.

Festival activities include a beer garden with local and international selections, food trucks serving German cuisine, and various competitions. These include a steinholding contest, a bratwurst eating race, and a unique contest where participants call out for loved ones or pets. The event also offers a kids zone, German dance demonstrations, and trivia.

Separately, Paulaner USA LLC is hosting the ‘Oktoberfest Vibes in the Haus Sweepstakes.’ The promotion offers prizes including a grand prize trip for two to the 2027 Oktoberfest in Munich, Germany, featuring VIP passes, flights, hotel accommodations, and traditional Bavarian outfits. Other prizes include Paulaner branded apparel and Bluetooth speakers.
