Oktoberfest Vietnam 2026 to expand across three major cities

The German Business Association (GBA) Vietnam has announced the return of Oktoberfest 2026, expanding the cultural festival to three major cities: Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, and Hanoi.

Following a record-breaking 2025 event that hosted over 11,000 guests and served 25,000 litres of beer, the 2026 edition aims to increase its scale. In Ho Chi Minh City, the festival will move to a larger venue at 257 Hoang Van Thu, a site with historical ties to the former German Consulate.

The event is organized by the GBA Vietnam and the German Chamber of Industry and Commerce in Vietnam (AHK Vietnam), with support from the German Embassy in Hanoi and the Consulate General in Ho Chi Minh City. Scheduled dates include September 24–26 in Ho Chi Minh City, October 2 in Da Nang at the Furama Resort, and October 8–10 in Hanoi at the JW Marriott.
