OKX and Crypto.com roll out €50 million and deposit bonus incentives for European crypto users
OKX announced a €50 million incentive program for European cryptocurrency investors who must relocate their assets after the EU’s MiCA regulation barred unlicensed exchanges from operating in the bloc. The campaign offers an 8 % weekly deposit bonus—paid in USDC—up to €20,000 per user, with additional welcome rewards of up to €400. Payouts are scheduled in 26 installments over a year, beginning 14 July.
Crypto.com launched a separate EEA Deposit Bonus running from 22 June to 22 July 2026. Eligible users in the European Economic Area receive a bonus of up to 10 % of net eligible deposits, paid in CRO and distributed over twelve monthly installments. The bonus tier ranges from 6 % for deposits of $10‑10,000 up to 10 % for deposits exceeding $500,001. Crypto.com operates in Europe under the MiCA framework via its Malta‑based subsidiary, Foris DAX MT Limited.
Both campaigns aim to attract users displaced by the new regulatory environment, highlighting a competitive push among licensed crypto platforms to capture the European market.
