Olaiya Igwe denies health rumours, clarifies viral video was movie scene

Nollywood actor Olaiya Igwe has dismissed rumors regarding his health after a video surfaced online showing him appearing weak and unwell. The actor clarified that the footage was actually a scene from a movie production.

Igwe explained that he was portraying the role of a sick father in a film directed by filmmaker Mr Latin. He noted that the performance was convincing enough to cause widespread concern among fans and social media users.

Addressing the situation on his Instagram page, Igwe expressed gratitude to those who checked on his well-being while expressing disappointment toward individuals who appeared to celebrate the false reports. He assured the public that he remains in good health.
