Olaolu Slawn announces Rolex Multiverse custom watch project

British-Nigerian artist Olaolu Slawn has unveiled ‘The Slawn x Rolex Multiverse,’ a collection of 12 one-of-one custom Rolex watches. Each timepiece is uniquely designed by Slawn using his signature graffiti style in collaboration with a different cultural icon.

The confirmed collaborators represent a diverse range of industries, including football legends Ronaldinho and Mario Balotelli; rappers Gunna and Lil Yachty; graphic designer Verdy; and the Nigerian skate collective Motherlan. Other participants include Corteiz founder Clint419, Zac FTP founder, photographer Gabriel Moses, artist Cedric Christie, and nightlife operator David Grutman. Two collaborators remain unannounced.

The project follows Slawn’s previous hand-painted Rolex DateJust series, which reportedly sold out in minutes and reached high resale values. The Multiverse project website launched on August 18, with releases expected to occur throughout August 2026.
