Olascoaga celebrates Pachamama and opens new community hall

The town of Olascoaga in Buenos Aires Province held its annual Fiesta de la Pachamama, a ceremony honoring the Mother Earth that brought together local residents, indigenous community members and visitors. The event also featured the inauguration of a new Salón de Usos Múltiples built on the former Sarmiento railway site, intended to host social, cultural, educational and recreational activities.

The opening was attended by Bragado mayor Sergio Barenghi, provincial infrastructure minister Gabriel Katopodis and Buenos Aires senator Germán Lago, who highlighted the importance of investing in interior infrastructure to strengthen community ties and create new opportunities for local development.
