Olavarría Family Court recognized for child caregiver program

Provincial Deputy Martín Endere visited the Family Court No. 2 of Olavarría to deliver a distinction approved by the Buenos Aires Legislature. The recognition honors the judicial team's commitment to initiatives supporting children and adolescents in vulnerable situations.

The distinction specifically highlights the “Family Caregivers” program, an initiative promoted by the Supreme Court of Justice of the Province of Buenos Aires. The program provides an alternative for minors when returning to their original family is not viable and adoption is not an option. It focuses on recruiting, evaluating, and preparing individuals or families to provide stable emotional support and containment, particularly for children and adolescents over the age of 10.

Endere emphasized the necessity of concrete state responses to ensure that vulnerable youth can grow up with accompaniment and guaranteed rights through interdisciplinary legal, psychological, and social work.
