Olavarría industrial sector celebrates Industry Day

The industrial sector in Olavarría celebrated Industry Day at the CEMO exhibition center. The event featured speeches from various leaders, including Juan Ignacio Spinella of the industrial parks, Jorge Sobarzo of the Unión Industrial de Olavarría, provincial president Alejandro Gentile, and Mayor Maximiliano Wesner.

During the ceremony, several awards and recognitions were presented. Techint received a distinction for its contribution to local industry through the construction of two wind farms, with Juan Martín Alvariza accepting on behalf of Tenaris - Sidersa. Other honors included the 2026 Entrepreneur Award given to Marcos Capitanich of Capitanich Construcciones, and the 2026 Pioneer Award presented to Jorge César Savi of Alerta Soluciones Industriales.
