Blanca Merari Tziu Muñoz leads public audience in Leona Vicario

Blanca Merari Tziu Muñoz, the municipal president, led the second edition of the “Miércoles Ciudadano” public audience in Leona Vicario. The initiative aims to bring municipal services and procedures directly to local communities while providing a platform for citizens to voice their needs.

During the event, the Mayor personally addressed 27 individuals regarding various issues, supported by municipal cabinet members and representatives from state and federal institutions. A total of 733 services and forms of assistance were provided to the residents of Leona Vicario. Specific actions included the delivery of 33 birth certificates through the Civil Registry and the distribution of two wheelchairs to local residents. This program is part of a coordinated strategy with Quintana Roo Governor Mara Lezama Espinosa to strengthen direct dialogue between the government and the population.
