Oleg Bessedin sentenced to seven years in prison

Oleg Bessedin has been sentenced to seven years in prison by the Harju County Court. The sentencing follows his arrest by the Estonian Internal Security Service.

Bessedin was accused of engaging in non-violent activities directed against the Republic of Estonia and violating international sanctions. The charges also involved the dissemination of anti-Estonian propaganda.
