Olidata and IDNTT report growth in H1 2026 financial results

Olidata S. p. A. and IDNTT have reported positive financial results for the first half of 2026, highlighting growth in technology and digital services.

Olidata S. p. A. reported revenues of 46.2 million euros, an adjusted EBITDA of 2.769 million euros (6%), and a net profit of 0.571 million euros. The company has strengthened its position within public administration and expanded into the private sector and B2C markets through O. Factory and the BeYou line. Additionally, the group has begun international expansion with the launch of Olidata Middle East in Abu Dhabi, focusing on Italian-developed cybersecurity solutions, including quantum-resistant encryption.

IDNTT, an AI tech content factory listed on Euronext Growth Milan, saw revenues grow by 3.2% to 13.7 million euros. Its net profit increased by 55.7% to 0.7 million euros. The company reported an EBITDA of 2.3 million euros, driven by AI technology and resource optimization. IDNTT also achieved a positive net financial position of 2.9 million euros, following a capital increase in June.
