João Pessoa's Seinfra completes road and drainage maintenance in over 50 neighborhoods
The João Pessoa municipal infrastructure department (Seinfra) continued its "tapa‑buraco" operation, repairing potholes and performing drainage and public‑lighting work across the capital. On Thursday Nov 11 the crews worked in 41 neighbourhoods, and on Friday Nov 12 the effort expanded to 54 neighbourhoods, while a Wednesday Nov 10 round covered 35 neighbourhoods.
All tasks are coordinated by Seinfra’s Directorate of Road and Drainage Maintenance and are triggered by citizen requests submitted through the mobile app “João Pessoa na Palma da Mão”. Services include pothole filling, cleaning and unblocking of drainage galleries, extension of drainage lines, and maintenance of street lighting.
