Oliveira de Azeméis celebrates Festas de Nossa Senhora de La Salette

The festivities in honor of Our Lady of La Salette in Oliveira de Azeméis featured both religious and celebratory events. During the solemn Procissão do Triunfo, Father José Manuel Lima delivered a message focused on faith, community, and the importance of collective action, stating that "no one saves themselves alone" and calling for the "Triumph of Good."

The religious ceremonies were accompanied by music from various local bands and fanfare groups. Following the religious component, the celebration transitioned to a more festive atmosphere with the first of two scheduled fireworks displays, providing a ten-minute light show for the city. The festivities are set to conclude with a concert by Bárbara Bandeira.
