Oliver Pocher criticizes ex-wife Amira Aly and partner

Comedian Oliver Pocher has made several controversial remarks regarding his ex-wife, Amira Aly, and her partner, Christian Düren, during an episode of his podcast ‘Patchwork Boys’.

Pocher expressed doubts regarding the stability of Aly and Düren’s relationship, specifically questioning their decision to have a child together. He stated, “I find it difficult – they also have a responsibility towards the child – when you have a relationship that is not particularly stable, that you believe that is something to do with a child.” He also criticized Düren, describing him as “stupid” and noting that their friendship will not change despite the circumstances.

In a separate discussion during the same podcast, co-host Pietro Lombardi asked Pocher if there was any celebrity he would sincerely apologize to for past actions. While Pocher initially claimed there was no one, he later reflected on his divorce from Aly. He acknowledged that he may have gone too far in his public criticisms of her following their split, though he maintains that such public disputes are “part of the business.”
