Oliver Pocher discusses pregnancy of ex-wife Amira Aly

Comedian Oliver Pocher has addressed the pregnancy of his ex-wife, Amira Aly, during his podcast ‘Die Pochers! Live’. Pocher previously expressed frustration after learning about the pregnancy through media reports rather than directly from Aly, describing the situation as “beschissen und respektlos” (shitty and disrespectful).

Pocher detailed a subsequent conversation where he approached Aly regarding the pregnancy. He noted that when he suggested coordinating matters because their existing children would be affected, Aly responded that she was not obligated to share such information with him. Pocher also offered to take more frequent care of their sons around the time of the birth, but Aly opted to maintain their current schedule. Aly is expecting a daughter with her partner, ProSieben moderator Christian Düren.
