Oliver Pocher recounts major romantic gesture for ex-wife Amira Aly

Comedian Oliver Pocher shared details regarding a major romantic gesture he once performed for his ex-wife, Amira Aly, during an episode of his podcast ‘Patchwork Boys’ alongside Pietro Lombardi.

To celebrate Aly’s 30th birthday, Pocher rented the Neuss ski hall and organized an extensive Christmas-themed surprise party in September. The event included guests dressed in holiday outfits and a musical performance by Pocher and Aly’s brother, Hima Aly, dressed as the band Wham! singing ‘Last Christmas’. Pocher also arranged for Aly’s family members to fly in from Austria for the celebration.

The festivities continued with a trip to Paris, featuring dining at the Eiffel Tower and a boat tour on the Seine, followed by a week-long vacation in Crete with her relatives. Pocher reflected on the event with mixed emotions, noting the significant effort involved in the celebration.
