Olivia Bahsous to face Malia Weaver at ONE Championship event

Sixteen-year-old Canadian Muay Thai fighter Olivia ‘Diamond’ Bahsous is set to face Malia Weaver in a women’s atomweight bout at ONE Championship’s ‘The Inner Circle 35’. The event is scheduled for October 16 at Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand.

Bahsous, a three-time IFMA Junior World Champion, has secured two stoppage victories in ONE Championship. Her journey in martial arts is closely tied to her father, Tanios, a former Canadian Muay Thai national champion. Having spent much of her life training in Thailand, Bahsous credits her early exposure to the sport to her desire to spend time with her father in the gym.
