Olivia Munn discusses style evolution after health battles

Actress Olivia Munn has shared how her personal style evolved following a series of significant health and life challenges, including postpartum anxiety and a breast cancer diagnosis.

Munn, 46, described the difficulty of navigating body changes after giving birth to her son in 2021 and her daughter via surrogate in 2024. She noted that she struggled with the expectation of ‘bouncing back’ to her pre-pregnancy physique, which led to difficulties with clothing fit and self-image.

Following her breast cancer diagnosis in 2023, which required four surgeries including a double mastectomy and reconstruction, Munn decided to shift her approach to fashion. Rather than following trends, she has focused on intentionality, comfort, and simplicity to regain a sense of self and confidence.
