Olivia Rodrigo Debuts Duet with Robert Smith at Primavera Sound

On 6 June 2026, pop star Olivia Rodrigo surprised the crowd at Barcelona’s Primavera Sound festival with an unannounced set. During the performance she premiered the new track “What’s Wrong With Me,” her first ever collaboration, joining her onstage with Robert Smith, the 67‑year‑old frontman of The Cure. Rodrigo introduced the song as “really special” and said she could not believe the song existed with him, saying she felt “like I’m going to cry.”

The duet appears as the tenth track on Rodrigo’s upcoming third studio album You Seem Pretty Sad for a Girl So in Love, due for release on 12 June 2026. The performance follows a previous on‑stage partnership at Glastonbury 2025, and comes amid the festival’s recent weather‑related disruptions. The surprise set also featured Rodrigo’s recent singles “Drop Dead” and “The Cure,” and served as a promotional moment ahead of her global Unraveled Tour slated to begin in September.
