Olivier Verdon leaves Ludogorets

Ludogorets and Benin international Olivier Verdon have parted ways by mutual consent. During his six-year tenure with the club, the defender became one of its most significant players, appearing in 243 matches across all competitions and scoring 17 goals.

Verdon’s achievements with the club include winning five championship titles, two Bulgarian Cups, and five Super Cups. He holds the distinction of being the second central defender in the club's history with the most appearances, trailing only legend Kozmin Moci. In a farewell statement, Verdon expressed gratitude to the club management, teammates, coaching staff, and fans for his growth both as a footballer and an individual.
