Ollie Henry returns to form for Geelong Cats

Geelong Cats forward Ollie Henry has returned to form following a period of being sidelined from the senior team. After missing out on the finals last year, the 24-year-old has recorded a career-best 43 goals this season.

Henry attributed his resurgence to increased fitness and endurance work during the off-season, which has allowed him to participate more frequently in contests. He noted that his progress was not linear and required significant effort to regain his belief and role within the team. Having recently surpassed 100 AFL appearances, Henry has scored at least one goal in each of his last eight games as Geelong prepares for a semi-final against Fremantle.
