Olímpia police investigate unauthorized water reconnection

A police report has been filed in Olímpia regarding the suspected unauthorized reconnection of water services at a commercial property. The building owner informed the Civil Police that water supply, which had been previously disconnected by Sabesp due to unpaid bills, was allegedly restored without authorization.

The dispute follows a period of rental irregularities. The owner reported that after a tenant left the property, rent payments became inconsistent before stopping entirely in June. While Sabesp and CPFL had officially cut off water and electricity services due to non-payment, the owner discovered that water was being used at the premises regardless.
