Olsztyn region advances aviation and urban development projects

Significant infrastructure and economic developments are underway in the Olsztyn region of Poland.

At the Olsztyn-Mazury Airport in Szymany, the management company Warmia i Mazury has received ten bids for the ‘Flight Eco Center’ project. This investment aims to establish a specialized facility for the dismantling, technical service, and recycling of aircraft. The project includes the construction of a dedicated dismantling hall and warehouse facilities, potentially introducing a new economic function to the regional aviation sector.

In the city of Olsztyn, construction is progressing on a multi-purpose residential and commercial building near al. Warszawska. Developed by ANGO Development, the project will feature residential units, office spaces, and service premises, supported by a two-level underground garage. The site is currently in the advanced stages of excavation and ground leveling.
