Olympia - Xenia reports rising profits despite falling olive oil prices

Olympia - Xenia is undergoing a structural reorganization as it navigates the impact of declining international olive oil prices. While the company saw a 5.71% increase in sales volume, the drop in olive oil prices led to an 11.68% decrease in turnover, totaling €26.5 million.

Despite the lower turnover, gross profit rose to €3.76 million, and pre-tax profits increased by 8.02% to approximately €1.4 million, aided by a 51.17% reduction in financial costs. The company has also expanded its operations by acquiring a 32,432 square meter plot in Amaliada and has successfully entered the healthy snack market with new olive-based products.
