Olympiacos B.C. announces returns of George Papas and Bryant Dunston
Olympiacos B.C. has announced the return of two former players to its roster for the upcoming season.
George Papas, a 28-year-old Greek-American guard, has signed a one-year contract. Papas previously played for the club from 2022 to 2024, during which time he won the Greek League championship, the Greek Cup, and two Super Cups. Following his departure, he played for several Greek teams including Promitheas, Peristeri, Panionios, and Maroussi.
Additionally, the club has secured the return of 39-year-old American center Bryant Dunston on a one-year deal. Dunston, who last played for Olympiacos during the 2013-2015 period, brings extensive EuroLeague experience to the front line. He most recently played for Olimpia Milano. Dunston expressed his enthusiasm for the team and noted his desire to potentially obtain Greek citizenship, given his marriage to a Greek national and his two children.
