Olympiacos coach trims squad as Gustavo Sa joins for Champions League

Olympiacos announced the signing of 21‑year‑old Portuguese midfielder Gustavo Sa, marking the club's twelfth transfer of the season. The new acquisition adds to a roster that already includes four goalkeepers, four defenders, and three midfielders, prompting coach Vesko Mendi­libr to make early decisions on the squad for the upcoming UEFA Champions League campaign.

Mendi­libr must finalize the European competition list, which can contain up to 17 foreign players.
