Olympiacos evaluates coaching changes following Champions League exit

Following Olympiacos's elimination from the Champions League by Naimgen in the third qualifying round, the club is reportedly considering a change in technical leadership. The future of current manager José Luis Mendilibar is under evaluation by club president Vangelis Marinakis.

Reports indicate that the club has identified two primary candidates to replace Mendilibar: Marthelinho and Andrés Sarabia. Marthelinho, a highly experienced coach with a history at clubs such as Sevilla, Valencia, and Villarreal, is considered a leading option. Andrés Sarabia, who most recently managed Elche, is also being considered.

In addition to the coaching search, Olympiacos is expected to be active in the transfer market, with goals to acquire five or six key players for the upcoming season.
