Olympiacos unveils surprise European squad changes for Feyenoord playoffs

Coach José Luis Mendilibar will publish Olympiacos' 22‑player European list on Thursday evening for the two Champions League playoff matches against Dutch side Feyenoord, scheduled for 4 August in Piraeus and 11 August in the Netherlands. Five foreign players are set to be omitted, with notable exclusions including forwards Mechnti Taremi, Roman Giannermakou and Kleiton, as well as newcomer André Luis and goalkeeper Stefan Ortega. Included players feature goalkeeper Gustavo Sa, defender Róka and several regulars across defence, midfield and attack.

Italian media report that Olympiacos is close to signing Moroccan left‑back Salah‑Edin, with the transfer reportedly valued at €8 million and a four‑year contract pending.
